Healthy Pool Water sets the standard for water quality at public aquatic facilities.
We are an independent Aquatic Intelligence agency, providing data driven advisory services to the aquatic industry, public pool owners and operators as well as councils, schools, waterparks, hydrotherapy practices and body corporates. We focus on the economic business performance, aquatic asset management, as well as operational pool water quality and risk management to keep all operators from future trouble of potentially crippling liability claims, as the public is becoming increasingly aware of the root causes of diseases and chronic conditions such as asthma, skoliosis and gastro.
Our goal is to eradicate the number of pre-school children being diagnosed with asthma, or any other avoidable diseases from non-conforming public pool water quality. We will achieve this by raising awareness across the industry, by educating ethical pool owners and operators who are committed to health and safety, and by publicly driving accountability of those industry participants who maintain poor practices or, whom are not openly sharing operational performance reporting data with the public.

Our Team
Michael Kwaaitaal – Founder and Chief Operating Officer
Michael is an accomplished CFO of a $B Business Intelligence software multinational, with deep domain experience in Australian urban water treatment.
He founded Healthy Pool Water upon realising the severe risks to public health for children at swim schools and public pools, and the absence of design standards and regulatory oversight for public aquatic facilities.
Michael’s vision is to save children’s lives by raising the standards of the Aquatic Industry.
